At Rustic Bali Interiors, we take care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and securely. As our collection includes everything from smaller homewares to lighting and statement furniture, delivery options vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Homewares

Free shipping is available Australia-wide on homewares orders over $250.*

For orders under $250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

*Free shipping excludes furniture and lighting.

Lighting

Lighting is excluded from our free shipping offer due to the size and specialised handling required for many of our pieces.

Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout where available. For larger or oversized lighting, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Some larger or fragile pieces require specialised handling and may not be suitable for standard postage.

Where shipping cannot be calculated at checkout, please contact us with your postcode and the item you are interested in, and we will provide a delivery quote.

We are happy to arrange delivery to many locations throughout Australia.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture is excluded from our free shipping offer and requires individual delivery arrangements due to its size, weight and destination.

Delivery charges for furniture are additional unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available by appointment. We are located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast Queensland in Wamuran 4512.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Please wait until you have received confirmation from us before arriving to collect your order.
