Pricing

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Acceptance of your order occurs once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary.

Payment

We accept secure payment methods available through our Shopify store, including major credit cards, PayPal and other payment options displayed at checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Some furniture, oversized or fragile items may require a separate freight quote. Customers will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply before dispatch.

Product Care

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, extreme temperatures or improper use may affect the appearance and longevity of products over time.
