Each piece in our collection is carefully sourced from Bali and Indonesia and packed with care from our Queensland location. We take great pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch.
Please note that deliveries to regional, rural and remote areas may take longer. Delivery timeframes may also be extended during peak sale periods, public holidays and busy seasonal times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $250 for selected lightweight items, including cushions, home décor and accessories.
Oversized, fragile and heavy items are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Due to the handcrafted and often unique nature of our collections, some items may require a personalised freight quote.
This includes selected furniture, stone pieces, large wall décor, oversized decorative items and other heavy products.
If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us before purchasing for an estimated shipping quote.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only from Wamuran, Queensland 4512.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, along with collection instructions and appointment details.
Please wait for confirmation before attending, as collections are strictly by appointment only.
Furniture & Large Freight Items
Furniture and oversized pieces may require delivery via a specialised furniture carrier or freight service.
Delivery timeframes for these items may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
If you would like a freight estimate before purchasing, please contact us with your delivery suburb and postcode.
Shipping Damage
While every effort is made to package items carefully and securely, shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the item and the packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
